Duke Horacio

The Duke of Lumbridge, residing in Lumbridge Castle. His birthday, on the first day of Thaddeus’s adventure, sent The Cook into a panic over the cake.

He spent the night of the magical storm arguing with The Archmage about it, so his birthday party was moved to the next day.
