Sarah

Owner of the Lumbridge Windmill north of Lumbridge. Her windmill is across the field from Fred the Farmer’s sheep farm.

She claims a new sheep on Fred’s Farm takes off its costume at night to reveal a penguin, and that she hears them whispering about the KGP. She hasn’t slept in a night or two. Too caught up in this to help, she left Thaddeus to make his own flour.
